Consequently, we do not guarantee specific financial results or rankings, though we commit to professional execution based on industry best practices.

The relationship between Oneskai and its clients regarding intellectual property is defined as follows:

• Oneskai Assets: All proprietary methodologies, frameworks, software, and tools used by us to deliver the Services remain the exclusive property of Oneskai.
• Client Deliverables: Upon full payment of all fees, the rights to custom marketing creative, copy, and strategies developed specifically for the Client shall be transferred to the Client, subject to a perpetual, non-exclusive license for Oneskai to showcase the work in its portfolio.

To ensure the effectiveness of our Services, Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite). Clients represent that they own or have the right to use all content, logos, and materials provided to Oneskai for use in campaigns.

In no event shall Oneskai Digital or its partners be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Oneskai's website or the performance of digital marketing campaigns, even if Oneskai has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business information, proprietary data, and strategic plans shared during the term of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, USA, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
